Quality is not just a word at Broughton-It’s a way of life!   It starts at the farm where we want to know where every last drop comes from.  A dedicated group of over 180 dairy families supply milk to our facility every day of the year.  Milk, this most perfect of nature's foods, balanced with protein, carbohydrates, calcium and vitamins is a delicate source of nutrition which is treated with the utmost care throughout our processes. 
 
Our rigid testing on all milk received by Broughton not only surpasses the requirements of both state and federal regulatory guidelines but insures that Broughton dairy products will always exceed the customer’s expectation of freshness.  Throughout the entire manufacturing process, from exacting formulations for all our recipes to strict temperature control to maintain product freshness, Quality is our first priority.
